Touring Mods Australia is an Australian business being built around the development of its own products for 4×4 and off-road touring. Our first planned product is a rooftop tent.

Research before promises

We are at the beginning: researching customer needs, existing approaches, practical use, safety and manufacturing requirements before setting final specifications or promising a launch date.

Comfort, setup and pack-down, vehicle compatibility and long-term ownership are areas we want to investigate. These are research priorities, not confirmed product features or performance claims.

Our first chapter

The intended pathway is research and requirements, concepts and design, engineering review and prototypes, physical testing and revisions, then preparation for launch.

Our first product is not yet available for purchase. We are not accepting orders, pre-orders or deposits, and specifications, pricing and a release date have not been finalised.
